She made the process easy and fun. She even took the time to help me choose paint colors to coordinate with the blinds, and she made sure I placed my order in time to take advantage of a Hunter Douglas rebate. I felt she had my best interests in mind, start to finish. The time from order to installation was very short, given the size of the order.
